A few simple guidelines to enjoy the village with respect, peace and harmony.

Useful information for your stay

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.

  1. The bungalows can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including no more than 2 adults.
  2. Departure is scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. After this time, an additional day will be charged.
  3. Quiet hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children also respect the quiet hours.
  4. It is forbidden to enter or leave the village by car or motorbike during quiet hours.
  5. Please do not leave valuables unattended. The Management is not responsible for any theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  6. Visits from friends or relatives must be authorised by the Management the day before. Visits are subject to an additional charge.
  7. Playing with a ball inside the village is not allowed.
  8. In the holiday village, only a limited total number of pets is allowed, exclusively small-sized pets and only with prior authorisation from the Management, depending on the period of the stay. They must always be kept on a leash and taken outside for their needs.
  9. Boats are available to all guests, who are responsible during use for any damage caused to the boats, to themselves or to third parties. The Management declines all responsibility for any damage caused.
  10. Guests are required to clear and clean the garden tables after each meal, including tablecloths.
  11. Do not light fires of any kind.
  12. The separate waste collection bins are located outside the village.
  13. Guests are required to respect the vegetation, hygiene and cleanliness of the complex.
  14. Anyone causing damage will be held personally responsible and required to compensate for it.
  15. Departing guests are kindly asked to make as little noise as possible before 8:00 a.m.
  16. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, or it can be requested for an additional charge of €30.
  17. Even in case of early departure, the stay must be paid for the entire booking period.

Please note

At the discretion of the Management, failure to comply with these rules, or behaviour that damages the harmony and spirit of the village, may result in removal from the complex as an unwanted guest.
